So you might be asking, why did we build this site? Well, it's easy, we love everything horror too! The site has underwent many many changes since we started in 2002 and I'm pretty sure it has more to come. We started out with a very high goal,  become the premiere site for all Halloween related business, but came to realize that it was just to much 'business' than we wanted. So we made some changes and spent more time on the fun part. Below you can see some of our past site layouts that showcase our database of movie release dates, interviews, haunted attractions, prop manufacturers and all that other blah blah blah.

TheRoadtoFear.com would not be here today without help of one great friend. Huge thank you's go out to Rune of the former ScreamSeekers.com. Without him this site would've went the way of the dodo and the $5 haunt! Rune has took me under his severed head and taught me a great many things, and I am proud to say that more than a few of your grey hairs are due to me! I would also like to thank my kids, for putting up with me during my "...why the hell did it stop working now? Damnit! Bring me my cell phone!" days!

Without the love we all share of pumpkins, Halloween, haunted houses, masks, horror movies, or anything else that makes someone squirm; this site would just probably be a blog about how they ruined Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Friday the 13th, Halloween, or A Nightmare on Elm Street with those damn 'reinvisionings'!

Within our site you can explore everything related to Halloween; like retail outlets, haunted houses, hayrides, haunted tours, magic supplies, lighting companies,  home decorations, and more. We also bring you behind the scenes on what happened on the sets of some of your favorite horror movies in our interview section.

Site membership is FREE and also gives you access to extended interviews, prize giveaways, games and much much more! Your membership also grants you the ability to register your Halloween related business in our database. Our database allows our sites visitors to search for haunted attractions by state without getting the unwanted Prop Manufacturer or Costume Store in the area. TheRoadtoFear.com makes searching simple as well as adding your listing!
